A valid PASSPORT is required. The passport should be valid until 6 months after the return date. Depending on your nationality, it might be necessary to enroll for a visa procedure. We’ll be happy to assist you with any questions in this regard.

We accept credit card payments, bank wire transfers and paypal transactions. Please note there’s an additional fee for credit card payments and paypal transactions.

Yes, it is possible to pay by installments. No additional costs are charged for those installments as long as the deadlines are well respected. The options are noted on our purchase order document.

We have a limited amount of packages available for this travel. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

We have a maximum of 30 seats in this group travel. A minimum of 15 travellers is required to valid the program. It’s pretty rare we have to cancel a program, but if that would be the case, we do offer a full refund or a tailor made travel plan based on individual availabilities.

Yes. The minimum age is 21 to subscribe as a single person. It is possible to register under the age of 21 if you join the group accompanied by another adult over 21.

We can organise your departure from any city in the world. We’ll welcome you on arrival at the destination so you don’t have to worry about anything. All the documents are transmitted electronically, so you will get all necessary travel vouchers and tickets easily before your departure.

Yes! All our Thematic group packages includes on-site assistance. We’ll welcome you at the airport in Brussels on the day of departure or on arrival at the airport on destination in case you would leave from another city in the world. Our staff is available on-site during the whole trip.

You are free to plan your stay the way you want! We do have a program with daily activities & visits, but it’s totally up to you to join it or not.
